Important Notice: Violation of these rules may result in warnings or immediate removal. Residents are allowed a maximum of three (3) warnings. Rules noted as IMMEDIATE REMOVAL will result in termination of stay.
SAFETY
- No loitering in the front yard. The back patio is the designated outdoor area.
- Entry and exit doors must remain closed and locked at all times.
- No weapons, drugs, or drug paraphernalia of any kind. IMMEDIATE REMOVAL
- Do not leave items on the floor that could cause a slip or trip hazard.
- Spills must be cleaned immediately and a wet floor sign placed if applicable.
- Residents must sign in and out when leaving the property.
GENERAL
- No stealing or using another resident’s belongings without permission.
- Locked cabinets or closets are off-limits.
- Turn off lights when not in use.
- Residents may NOT enter another resident’s room. IMMEDIATE REMOVAL
- Bedroom doors must remain closed.
- Appropriate clothing must be worn outside of bedrooms.
- Do not leave personal items unattended in common areas.
- Kitchen closes at 8:00 PM.
- House access hours: Sunday–Thursday 6:00 AM–11:00 PM; Friday–Saturday 6:00 AM–12:00 AM.
- Exceptions require 24-hour written approval.
- Residents requiring syringes for medical reasons must use a medical-grade sharps container.
SMOKING, ALCOHOL & DRUGS
- Smoking permitted on the back patio only.
- No alcohol possession or consumption. IMMEDIATE REMOVAL
- No sharing of medication.
